The inspiration for MystrasBistro comes from the name of the historic city and the atmosphere exuded by the bistro. Emphasis is placed on history, flavours, wine tasting, and a simple, friendly and warm environment.

We have created a space in a historic area of Sparta, with the most breathtaking view. For us, the quality and culinary experience of our guests are paramount, whether they live permanently in Sparta or are visiting as tourists.

Our selection of dishes is based on modern Greek cuisine, featuring fresh ingredients sourced directly from local producers. At our venue, we frequently organise events throughout the year, such as parties, live music nights, wine and food tastings, traditional pie cutting, and more.
